Lapor diri to JPA

If you are a JPA scholarship holder, don't forget to lapor diri after you finish your last exam in university!

The following are some instructions on how to do it.

> Go to MySELF (https://myself.jpa.gov.my/) 

> Login with your e-SILA ID (I/C number) and password

> Go to Pengajian tab

> Go to Kemaskini pelan pengajian pelajar (1) with your courses you took throughout university.

> Go to Hantar Keputusan Peperiksaan (2) to update all your exam results.

> Go to Lapor diri tamat pengajian (3)

- Lapor diri need to be done within 30 days after you finish your last exam in university. You will receive a reminder letter to your house, if you haven't done it.

- There are 3 documents which you need to submit when lapor diri

a) Copy of Diploma/Ijazah/Masters/PhD atau Surat Pengesahan Senat

b) Copy of exam transcript

c) Slip Akuan Pendaftaran Permohonan Jawatan SPA

* All copies need to be certified.

So, who can certify your documents?

a. Pegawai Kerajaan Kumpulan Pengurusan dan Professional

b. Peguambela dan Peguamcara

c. Pesuruhjaya Sumpah

** All lapor diri submission will be under the status of KIV, if you have not upload all the required documents. It is okay that you only upload them after your convocation.
